The inspiration for this ring was the 1.93 ct green chrysoberyl gemstone. One of the main facets for my inspiration always stems from a stones' color.
Inspiration: "I knew I wanted to create a strong hefty ring with this stone. The strong square shape of the chrysoberyl beckoned for an equally strong ring design. Setting the gem with points facing north and south rather than straight square is unexpected and compliments the gemstones brilliance. The architectural sharp sides of the ring echo a knife edge design but on a much wider scale."
