PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

In stock items will ship in 2-5 business days after purchase. Made to order and out of stock items will ship within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

To request a RUSH on an order, please email elise@mejiajewelry.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

RETURN POLICY

Because customer satisfaction is central to our business, we accept returns and exchanges within 5 days.  Only READY TO SHIP items are returnable for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 5 days of receipt of the item. All made to order and custom sales are final and not returnable.  

 

To be eligible for an exchange or return, please email elise@mejiajewelry.com within 5 days of delivery. Items returned after 5 days will not be processed.  Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We refund your purchase price only; shipping is not refundable. All returned items must be shipped back with insurance for the full amount of the merchandise and with a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost packages and have the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise is used or damaged. We will not accept exchanges or returns on personalized pieces including: eternity bands; custom length necklaces or bracelets; jewelry with names, initials, or letters; birthstones or engraving; as well as made-to-order and/or custom size rings. 

 

The following cannot be returned:

Made-to-order items; personalized items; all international orders; resized items; gift cards; sale items; special orders.

SHIPPING POLICY

Items are shipped via USPS and/or FedEx. Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost.  Express shipping is available upon request.

 

Signature is required upon delivery. Mejia Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments even if tracking says it has been delivered. Mejia Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer unavailable for signature upon delivery, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Mejia Jewelry for any reason, you will be subject to an additional charge for re-shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Additional shipping costs apply to destinations outside the United States. 

  • Shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be added by the destination country.  Customer is responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.

  • The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.

  • Mejia Jewelry is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

  • All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

SALES TAX

All orders shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax. If sales tax is required, it will be calculated at checkout.
